At Wings24, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wings24 account, visit your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
